Eats on Spokane Street opened in July of 2025. They host rotating vendors outdoors and permanent vendors inside their pavilion.

I tried a matcha latte from MelFit Healthy Kitchen inside the pavillion. The building was small but had lots of seating, and large TV's for those who like sports.

The drink came with vanilla cold foam, and I asked for honey to be added to it.  That might have been a mistake on my part since it ended up being too sweet. The cold foam was nice though with a strong flavor and no overbearing sweetness on its own. Other than being too sweet, the matcha was a bit watered down.

However, the atmosphere was warm and inviting with many options to choose from, whether you order inside or from the many vendors on the patio.

I would definitely go again, but I just won't order matcha any time soon.
