Vault Coffee has been a long standing cafe inside of the Exchange Bank since 2014 and a popular spot for locals and tourists alike.

Today, I went for their gluten free lemon almond cake topped with blueberries and an iced honey bear latte off of their specials menu. The honey bear latte had white chocolate, cinnamon, and honey. I did ask for it to be half-sweet.

The lemon almond cake was moist and flavorful, a bit sweet for my taste, but the coffee helped.

The latte did taste similar to those cinnamon-honey graham crackers, if I hadn't asked for half the amount of syrup it might have been overwhelming.

Over all, both the cake and the coffee had good flavor, but where on the edge of too sweet. I might order one of their savory foods and a more simple latte next time.

The cafe does have a lot of seating available and has a nice atmosphere for reading or getting work done. I definitely recommend Vault Coffee, especially if you like sweeter drinks and desserts.
